Squeeze fee was an idea I developed when I found some fabric in the thrift store that reminded me of ‘Girl and Boy Scouts of America’ uniforms. I wanted to reimagine the uniform and we actually made lemonade and sold it to raise money to pay for the film development and to pay ourselves and our models as well. We all created a short film which involved story boarding and character development. This was the first time I engaged deeply with story building for a photoshoot and short film combined.
